If you worry about doing more harm when you listen to parents' difficult or traumatic birth stories then this webinar on safe listening is for you. Learn the 5 steps to 'safe listening' and avoid re-traumatising parents. Learn how to provide a listening service that promotes healing.

Have you ever felt frustrated and powerless when listening to parents experiences of birth trauma?

Maybe it re-triggered your own difficult birth experience?

Maybe you felt guilty or responsible in some way?

Maybe you worried about doing more harm if you listened?

I used to feel all of these things; frustrated, powerless and guilty.

When I found out that some of my hypnobirthing clients had not experienced a good, positive birth I felt awful for them.

I wished that I could take away their pain.

I wished that there was something I could say to make it better.

I wished that there was a magic bullet for trauma symptoms.

That was over 13 years ago now.

Since then, I have learnt a lot about perinatal trauma, what causes it, how we could prevent it and what we can do to safely support parents towards their own goals of recovery.

It is this 13 years of experience that I wish to share with you on the masterclass: ‘How to safely support traumatised parents in your care’

Here is what I will be covering on this 90 minute long masterclass of valuable information and insight into birth trauma

  • The 5 easy steps that will ensure you can listen safely and effectively to traumatised parents’ stories.

  • How avoid re- traumatising parents in your care.

  • The one thing you can do now to make any perinatal service trauma informed and safe.

  • I will also be offering some amazing bonuses for anyone who wants to enrol in the online course TBR 3 Step Rewind.
